Capturing Ideas

The earlier session got me thinking about new media/old media. This WebIQ software is a new media thing. Everyone is posting ideas and brainstorms, decentralized, individual, spontaneous… They’re using this web software that seems not quite intuitive enough, not quite ideal new-media.

Each idea is categorized and rated by everyone. I’m not sure where they’re going with that, though. Part of the description of this session is “setting actions collaboratively” – where does that come in? There’s just a lot of ideas…maybe people will grab the most important ones, think about them later.

It’s really quiet in here.
