Cancellations: We can accommodate and refund the registration fee on cancellations prior to January 22, 2010. A processing fee of $125 will be retained on all canceled registrations. There are no refunds on cancellations made after January 22, 2010.

Sponsor Signup: While you register, become a sponsor. Show your company’s participation through our self-service sponsor signup. Self-service sponsorship is available at two levels:

• Bronze sponsors will have their logo included in the forum program, on conference signs and linked with a brief company description on the conference web site. Cost: USD $2,000.
• Supporters will be listed in text in the forum program and web site. Cost: USD $1,000.

Sponsor fees are in addition to registration fees.
