New this year: Become a sponsor and show your support through our self-service sponsor signup. Self-service sponsorship is available at two levels:
- Catalyst sponsors will have their logo included in the forum program, on conference signs and linked with a brief company description on the conference web site. Cost: USD $2,000.
- Supporters will be listed in text in the forum program and web site. Cost: USD $1,000.
Sponsor fees are in addition to registration fees.

Cancellations: We can accommodate and refund the registration fee on cancellations prior to January 9, 2008. A processing fee of $125 will be retained on all canceled registrations. There are no refunds on cancellations made after January 9, 2009.
